Onsite Registration Hours

iMig 2018 registration is located in room Nunavut (Wednesday & Thursday) and Newfoundland (Friday & Saturday) on the 4th level of the Westin Ottawa Hotel. Please pick up your conference badge at the registration desk and ensure that your badge is worn at all times for access into sessions.

**** The Conference Dinner (iMig Night) is NOT included in the registration fees and is ticketed at USD 125.

Letter of Invitation for Visa

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the 14th International Conference of the International Mesothelioma Interest Group (iMig 2018) will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form and full payment have been received along with proof of accommodation booked during the Conference dates.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received in writing at the iMig 2018 Conference Secretariat’s address before Friday, March 16, 2018 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 75 administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received on or after Friday, March 16, 2018 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration.

Additional Welcome Reception tickets & Conference Dinner tickets can be cancelled without penalty up to Sunday, April 8, 2018. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
