The exhibition is a vital part of iMig 2018. Every effort will be made to ensure that all exhibitors receive prime exposure and direct marketing opportunities with key players and decision makers in the field. Efforts include but are not limited to:

  • make a general contribution to the Conference, or

As the sponsor of an Industry-Supported Seminar, you will:

  • Have the use of a room at the Westin Hotel
  • Receive a basic AV package with LCD projector and screen, microphone at the podium, audience microphones, and a head table for four or six with microphones
  • Receive two (2) one-day registrations for your Seminar staff

In order to enhance the scientific program, the Sponsor must:

  • Provide the symposium program as well as presentation slides to the Conference Secretariat and Organizing Committee for approval

While CME accreditation is not mandatory for Industry-Supported Seminars, the information discussed must be presented in an objective, balanced and scientifically rigorous manner. The content and format of the symposium or its related materials must promote improvements or quality in healthcare and not a specific proprietary business interest or a commercial interest. Titles must be indicative of the program topics.

Travel Fund Contribution USD 5,000
iMig 2018 wants to help increase capacity in lower-income countries by supporting attendance of their promising scientists and doctors who otherwise could not afford to travel. By contributing to the Travel Fund, you will help these delegates attend iMig 2018 and return with new knowledge and contacts that will make a difference in their home countries.

As a contributor to the Travel Fund, you will:

  • Be verbally acknowledged at the Opening Ceremony
  • Be acknowledged as a contributor to the Travel Fund with your logo in the Onsite Program and onsite signage
Charging Lounges (2 available)
USD 7,500 each
Charging Lounges will allow attendees to power up their mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices for free. They will be in high demand and can be placed in the Exhibit Area near your booth.

As the sponsor of one of the Charging Lounges, you will:

  • Have the Charging Lounge branded with your logo or custom design
  • Have the opportunity to position a custom free-standing banner in the Charging Lounge (banner supplied by Sponsor; maximum size 3’ x 5’)

Poster Sessions (Wed/Thur Sold - Fri/Sat Available)

Abstracts accepted for poster presentations will be displayed on poster boards in the Exhibit Hall Wednesday, May 2 in the evening and Thursday, May 3 all day; and Friday, May 4 all day and Saturday, May 5 in the morning. Presenters will be present during the Networking Breaks and Poster Viewing on their specific day to answer questions and discuss their research with delegates. Food and beverage will be offered during Poster Mixer with Poster Discussions on the evening of Thursday and Friday, to generate a festive atmosphere conducive to beneficial exchanges.

As the sponsor of one of the Poster Sessions, you will:

  • Have your logo displayed on all Poster number cards that day and on table top cards on all food and beverage stations during the selected Poster Session

Young Investigator Awards (Exclusive) SOLD
The Conference will provide up to 5 awards to abstract submitters in the early stages of their career and whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at iMig 2018. Each award consists of a Conference invitation and a fixed amount to help offset travel and accommodation expenses. Award winners will be selected by the scientific committee based on the scientific content of their abstract and will be recognized during the closing plenary session.

As the sponsor of the Young Investigator Awards, you will:

  • Have a representative of your company meet with Award Winners and present them with the awards
  • Be acknowledged with your logo on the website, in the Onsite Program and on the mobile app as the Sponsor of the Young Investigator Awards.
Hotel Key Card Branding (Exclusive) USD 15,000
The Westin Hotel offers the opportunity to custom brand their key cards. This is a unique opportunity to put your branding in the hands of most delegates. The Conference Secretariat (International Conference Services, Ltd.) is the official housing bureau for iMig 2018 and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Conference. Discounted room rates have been negotiated for delegates and groups. All sponsors and exhibitors are asked to support the Conference by booking accommodations via the official Housing Bureau. Priority selection of hotel rooms will be granted to sponsors.

The Conference Secretariat retains the right to downgrade sponsorship levels if sponsors do not book through the official Housing Bureau. Accommodation booking will soon be available through the Conference website.
