The Conference Secretariat (International Conference Services, Ltd.) is the official housing bureau for iMig 2018 and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Conference. Discounted room rates have been negotiated for delegates and groups. All sponsors and exhibitors are asked to support the Conference by booking accommodations via the official Housing Bureau. Priority selection of hotel rooms will be granted to sponsors.
The Conference Secretariat retains the right to downgrade sponsorship levels if sponsors do not book through the official Housing Bureau. Accommodation booking will soon be available through the Conference website.
